Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Contact us at support@giftsngoods.shop with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use trackable shipping for safe returns.
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of your refund status.
Refunds are issued as store credit or, in certain cases, to the original payment method.
Allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.
Perishables, personalized products, and used items.
Contact us immediately for replacement or refund, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.
